Join us for an evening of Flow & Feed as we host one of the UK's fastest growing retreat companies in one of London's leading class venues - 42 acres Shoreditch.

Revitalize Retreats believe in sustainable wellness through incorporating small healthy practices into your day-to-day life. The evening will start with a slow flow yoga class  allowing you to feel refreshed and re-energised as we breathe & move through a fun and creative flow. This will be a completely open level class for all abilities. 

After relaxing into a well-deserved savasana, you'll sit down to enjoy a nutritious & delicious, 2 course plant-based dinner, beautifully prepared by the Revitalize team. Table wines will also be available should you crave a little, 'balance'.

With stunning scenery, beautiful weather and cycle routes for all abilities, Mallorca is a cyclists dream. Stretch out your tired limbs at the end of the day with cycling specific yoga and fuel up for the next day with our wholesome food, cooked with fresh, local produce.

£550 per person for a shared room with ensuite

Cycling can cause stress on the body so relax and unwind tired muscles with our cycling-specific yoga class. Katie brings her vast experience in Vinyassa and Yin yoga to those fatigued muscles, removing stress and tightness to make sure your body is raring to go for the next days cycle.

Our beautiful accommodation is located in the heart of Pollença Old Town. Providing a relaxed, spacious and comfortable space to unwind after a day’s cycling.  The bedrooms are light and airing each with en-suites & air conditioning. With two sitting rooms, dining inside and out, pool, second floor roof terrace and large yoga studio, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Sweat, laugh & LEAP into the weekend with this 60 minute outdoor bootcamp held in London Fields. Each BANDITS class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises, with HIIT and strength training. You're guaranteed to get your hands dirty (literally, we're in a park) with a great workout and a mix of partner & group circuits, so bring along your friends to share in the joy!

We're also ideally located next to Broadway market should you need to throw a post-workout brunch bribe out there.

Leap Presents: Sound Bath by Sonic Bloom

LEAP host an evening of pure relaxation through the medium of sound, at the Museum of Happiness in Camden, on Sunday 1st July. 

 

At LEAP, we pride ourselves in providing the most effective & innovative ways to improve both your physical & mental well-being. We are delighted to announce our partnership with Sonic Bloom, our sound bath specialists, who create rich, sonic tapestries and moments of vibrant stillness in both mind & body

 

What is a sound bath?

 

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and blissful experience. Similarly to meditation, it is designed to cultivate mindfulness & well-being. There is no water or bathing suits involved - the term 'bath' simply refers to the waves of sound that the audience is immersed in. Our facilitator, Kevin Davidson, will use a range of therapeutic instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums and chimes. Creating sounds that are highly complex and unfathomable, leading the brain into a deeply meditative state. This blissful state results in a feeling of calm that can last a number of days afterwards. 

 

What should I bring?

 

Bring anything that will make your time lying down as comfortable as possible. We recommend a yoga mat or blanket & comfortable clothing.
